I have visited this hotel many times before and have always had a great experience. The rooms are nice and clean, but unfortunately, my room wasn't ready upon arrival. The staff is very courteous and accommodating, although there was a small issue with hot water. The location is convenient, just off the Thruway, with some cleanliness issues in the surrounding area.
